The BarrierX Academy teaches each rep the fact their deal is missing. When Rex chases a rep about a deal without an economic buyer, the lesson on economic buyers comes with it. It is part of what BarrierX delivers, in a GTM turnaround and in the BarrierX product.

Bring one live deal and see which lessons your team would get first.

No course to schedule and no afternoon away from the pipeline: the lesson arrives with the question it answers.

  1. Rex finds the missing fact

Every deal is checked against eighteen sub‑categories, from compelling event to paper process. When one is missing, Rex chases the rep.

  2. The chase brings the lesson

The chase links to the lesson on that exact fact: a video of 35 to 65 seconds, its transcript and three questions.

  3. Learning earns points

Watching earns 10 BX points, passing the questions 20, and all answers right 10 more. Every finished course earns a certificate.

The lessons are the same videos a chase links to. A course is a set of lessons in order; passing all of them earns its certificate.

Rex and BarrierX basics

How the BarrierX score is built, and how to answer Rex in one tap.

  • Reading the BarrierX score0:50
  • Answering a Rex chase0:35

A short video says three things, then three questions check that they landed. A lesson from the Academy:

Economic buyer access1:05

  1. The economic buyer is the person who can say yes to the money.
  2. Not the most senior person on the call, and not the one who signs the NDA.
  3. Prepare that meeting together with your champion.

Question 1 of 3 Who is the economic buyer?

  • The person who can say yes to the money (the right answer)
  • The most senior person on the calls
  • The person who signs the NDA

Authority over the spend is what counts.
